Shenan Again

Well, we've done it folks. Alex Boisvert and I have shenan'd again, and the proof is in the solver below.

I'd like to thank Alex for his saint-like patience; he pitched this idea to me well over a year ago and we finally got around to making this puzzle. I asked him if he had anything he wanted to put in the blog post, and he said "I can't get this out of my head when I see our title, so this, I guess".
